Fact of the circulation of vehicles: concept and jurisprudence

Abstract

We analyze in the present work the concept of fact of the circulation making special mention to two recent judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union on the matter: Judgment TJUE, Third Room of September 4, 2014, and Judgment of the CJEU, Grand Chamber, of November 28, 2017. We also analyze other events of the circulation according to Sentences issued by Spanish Courts.
