Abstract

This paper addresses the different routes of protection enjoyed by the citizen, the Administration in the event of liability or inactivity of this, both against other citizens or noise-producing activities. Probably, on occasion we touched or will touch us suffer the effects of noise pollution, so it is convenient to let us know ways of protection available, according to the law in force, in order to confront and resolve an aggression on this matter. As we shall see below, the citizen affected by discomfort caused by an excess of noise has different routes to claim protection which gives the legal system, because the right it gives effective protection from the noise immissions that are annoying, although this protection is found in the majority of cases of prayed form that is, at the request of the affected individual who must deal with the problem with a certain dose of patience. In short, it's each of us from our positions of responsibility, acting effectively, or simply as ordinary citizens, to provide our grain of sand to get a less noisy environment.
