Abstract

Law 22/2003, July 9, Insolvency has undergone countless alterations/modifications that have affected most of its provisions, with the regulation of labour issues in bankruptcy being one of the most battered by the reforming initiative of the legislator.

Throughout this article we will analyse the most important aspects that affect Labour law and bankruptcy proceedings, to the extent that the latter «absorbs» powers that, in other circumstances, would belong to the former.

A detailed analysis is made of article LC 64 and it is placed in relation to other articles in the law itself.
