Abstract

This article corresponds to the presentation the author gave at the II Foro Concursal UDIMA-CEF (an insolvency forum held by Spain's three distance learning universities and a center for financial studies) on 12 March 2014.

It presents three aspects of the Spanish Insolvency Law that have never been peaceful: group of companies in the Spanish Insolvency Law, the labour concept of group of companies and the accumulation of insolvency proceedings.

Each of them includes the latest case law and the author's reflections that will certainly allay most of the doubts that practicing professionals may have.
