Abstract

The possible security breach prevents supports the use of a video game to a internal, because section 51 of the Prison Rules prohibiting those items or objects that pose a safety hazard, or those expressly prohibited by the rules of regime inside. Turns out the security protocol, approved for the prisons, through the instruction 3/2010, states that the elements of precision and technology can create areas of insecurity, associating the Annex II, electronics banned. Therefore, it confirms the judgment of the Court of the Audiencia Provincial of Lugo and is unified with the ruling doctrine in this sense and to this type of case.
