On the occasion of the economic crisis in our country has been suffering since 2008, and the closing of the Public Rental with subsequent unilateral termination of existing contracts raises the feasibility of using the rebus sic stantibus as an argument to oppose to claims requesting the fulfillment of contracts resolved.
