Abstract

There is analyzed in the present practical case the procedural active legitimization of an Owners' Community submitted to the Law of Horizontal Property, across his President for the exercise of a contractual action against a Builder or promoter for the vices ruinógenos that presents the building so much in his common as exclusive elements.
