Abstract

This practical course focuses on different legal issues primarily related to three areas: grants procedure, penalties and civil procedure. Regarding the former there are questions concerning applications, silence of the administration and resources. Regarding the latter, the time to resolve and sense of administrative silence. And on the third, the jobs to be filled by appointment and requirements to be met by the candidate.
