A more realistic Civil Registry act before the coming into force in 2014 of the Law 20/2011 of 20 july: questions about the organization of the Civil Registry, its placement in the Administration of justice, the Civil Registry and the intervention of members of the judiciary and the prosecution

The Civil Registry will have a radical reform from July 23, 2014, if we analyze the laws published in the State Official Bulletin on July 22, 2011, Law 20/2011 and Organic Law 8/2011. However, there are many questions about the effective entry into force of the same, considering the economic situation and the arrival of a new government, with other views on justice. This article seeks to raise the debate about whether, in the spirit of the law might be better not to completely decouple the institution of the Administration of Justice, effective intervention of court clerks, judges, prosecutors and members of the Corps of officers in the keeping and direction of it. Leveraging their expertise is essential. A more realistic proposal to modernize the Civil Registry and to be more efficient.
