Abstract

This case is about a traffic accident that happened because of an official vehicle. In the accident, there were two parties involved, one of them was another vehicle, whose driver got injured, and the other was an authority of the Civil Service, that occupied the official vehicle, and also got injured. As a result of that, a procedure in order to demand the responsibility of the Civil Service is started, raising several legal problems in its processing, such as the legitimacy to claim, the used procedure, the absence of mandatory reports in it, or the appropriate or inappropriate claimed amounts to cover the compensation.
