Abstract

A container is located in a nose located in a port Spanish and proceeding from an American country, in whose interior not only there is the content declared officially but also cocaine. The suspicions that the criminal organization has on the possibility that the police could be on notice and monitoring it provokes that it does not send persons to gather it. Before this to proceed the police suspect that they will be third persons collaborators with the criminal organization those who were coming to gather and it to be delivered this one it, for what it is considered that a concealed agent should proceed to realize this assignment, which will be able to give place to the location of the members of the organization and to try to obtain the detention of the same ones and the submission to the penal corresponding process.
