Abstract

The present work takes as an object the study of the procedures of concession of public subsidies. Especially, one tries to examine the regulation before the General Law of Subsidies, the forecasts of the above mentioned legal norm and his regulation development, to finish with a study of the practical execution of these rules, on the part of the Public Administrations. Special attention deserves the application of the new regulation on subsidies on the part of the State and the adjustment of the autonomous procedure, where it will be possible observe the full force of procedures that one was claiming his exile, in I make concrete, the procedures of not competitive concurrence as form of management of the public helps.
