May the LOMLOE be unconstitutional?

Given the hurried passing of the LOMLOE and the actions of unconstitutionality brought by PP and VOX parliamentary groups, this article exposes and reflects on the doctrine of the Constitutional Court on the right to education and the freedom of teaching, on the right of parents to ensure the education and teaching of their children in conformity with their own convictions (on the teching of religion in schools, on the freedom to choose school, on the right of parents to the use of official languages in education), on the freedom to found and direct educational establishments (on establishing a set of principles, on single-sex education) and on the right of schools to be supported by public powers. The article ends on some brief conclusions, aware of the deficiencies of a Law born under unconstitutionality suspicions.
