The position of European legal systems towards the so-called procedural adequacy of Islamic roots is being the object of attention by the European media that echo the formal and de facto attempts to implement sharía, as a personal law applicable both in a substantive way as procedural in the resolution of conflicts of Muslim communities, in increasing expansión, that claim full autonomy in the resolution of their controversias, arguing that their own religious identity is a sufficient basis for it, in an increasingly multicultural context of Western Europe.
