Measures about agreements adopted by the competition authorities worldwide by reason of the covid-19 (from March to July 2020)

Because of the different strategies and measures implemented and developed around the globe by national, supranational and international authorities of competition, in response to the crisis created by the covid-19, this paper presents, through a material –non-territorial– approach, the characteristics, similarities and differences of those approaches and the substantive and procedural criteria of the antitrust, that support or discourage their implementation and their extension beyond initial phases, of higher impact, provoked by the pandemic.
