Competence of owners meetings when they carry out work in buildings. New features of the presidents of community

Abstract

It´s carried out in this study, an analysis of the reform operated in the Condominium Act by Law 8/2013, on art. 10 to make major changes to the mechanics to follow in neighboring communities in relation to the decision to carry out these works, and what the reform opens a pathway that can generate serious conflicts among the presidents of community and the community, and that presidents now assume the sovereign decision to carry out the works, but that the board will approve the company that carried out the work.
