Abstract

The judge must enter deciding whether to build each of the remaining existing enforceable. It would be feasible to build all convictions for acts committed prior to the date of the judgment and were not yet judged when the crime was committed, allowing the consolidation, unless mistake, of all sentences whose accumulation is interested. Not for the Supreme Court on appeal to cumulate, but to denounce the lack of it and expose the parameters with which to perform.
