Abstract

The effects of the voluntary intervention in a judicial procedure already initiated in application of the established in the article 13 of the Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil will depend on the attitude of the part actora and if the same one exercises a pretension of sentence or not, without the allegations of the defendants have effect of altering the pretension contained in the bill of complaint without the will demonstrated in time and form for the actor.
