Abstract

In conformity with the penalty of any of the defendants, the invocation of the right of defense must fail for the benefit of the presumption of innocence, and prosper, is a matter for the body of evidence, if the other defendants decide to be silent, being in their right to do so.

The impartiality of judges is predicable of who is procedurally tainted by a prior intervention not limited to reviewing the procedural conduct of the lower body, but extended to pronouncements that predetermine the final judgment of the court, as the same judge who may be deciding on two issues not dissimilar precisely.
