Abstract

The course deals with different legal issues produced in the city of Madrid. So, first there is the legality of the actions of the Board of Governors both in regard to a compulsory purchase agreement in extraordinary session taken individually and not to form part of any construction project in order to build a municipal market, and in relation to its properly constituted quorum attending to the session. Then takes place the expropriation of land for construction that, considering the legality of certain municipal actions, such as the forced eviction of a tenant or retention of his property to meet the expenses occurred. Finally, we examine the works contract made, as regards the right fit determining the approximate budget of the contract, the pricing, the application of insolvency of the contractor and its impact on the contract, the publication of the notice of it and its formalization.
