Abstract

The legitimization appears in the present case, first, activates of the companies Promoters for the exercise of the action of decennial responsibility opposite to the construction ones with which it contracted the execution of the work, even before the first one is condemned before the claim of the buyers; secondly the possibility, in the exercise of the above-mentioned action, of requests the indemnification of the hurts caused instead of the repair in nature.
