Abstract

The request is procedurally correct entry into the minutes of the allegedly contradictory statements, and when the accused refuses to testify, to state the questions that would have made.

Anything not covered by the factual allegations of the written submissions of the parties and which prove to be facts, with few exceptions, can not be incorporated into the writing that refers the judge to the jury and that is the subject of discussion for the verdict.
