Abstract

In the verbal judgments, a specific step of conclusions does not turn out to be regular, inside the LEC, after the practice of the phase of judicial test. Across the resource of appeal in procedures of quantity superior to three thousand Euros, the nullity of the operated is requested when the above mentioned step is denied.
