Abstract

The present case, which was an object of examination in the third exercise of the selective tests for the access to the Civil servants' Scale of State Fitting out, Subscale of Secretariat Intervention of Castilla y León (Summons of 2009). It raises diverse juridical questions related to the right of access to files and public records, when an investigator requests, for ends of study or investigation, there are facilitated to him the countable seats of last decade of the twenty century, allowing him to extract the local documents where they are. Equally a request of indemnification appears to the Town hall, as consequence of injuries suffered when a person falls down in a ditch in the thoroughfare opened in execution of a contract of public works. Finally, there appear questions related to the exigency of a special contribution for the paving of a street that concerns a rustic estate and diverse budgetary, such questions as the liquidation of the Tax of Constructions, Facilities and Work, procedure to realize for a budgetary modification, the calculation of the remnant of treasury and the calculation of the budgetary result of the exercise and the budgetary exact result that ensues from the liquidation of the budget.
