Abstract

Responsibilities that can exist in the spontaneous fire of a vehicle deposited in a ship after being moved to the same one as consequence of the condition in which it stayed in a traffic accident. There appears in the present case the possible responsibility of the holder or driver of the damaged vehicle, of the insurance company of civil responsibility of the vehicle and of the holder of the ship depositary.
