Ejercicio de la acción cambiaria tras la LEC de 2000

Abstract

After the regulation of the LEC of 2000, articles of the LCCH were modified, modification that, though not in a complete and coherent way it has brought as essential change the almost unanimous interpretation of the impossibility of the exercise of the exchange action for another procedural route that is not the exchange judgment, being able to come to the declarative ordinary judgment, only for the exercise of the actions derived from the causal contract.
