Abstract

The measure to protect of preventive annotation of the demand is foreseen for the suppositions in which demand intervenes that, of prospering, would produce his pronouncement an alteration of the juridical situation that the Record publishes. The exception comes constituted by his request in a procedure in which they claim the quotas owed by the commoners in an owners' community submitted to regime of horizontal property.
