Abstract

After the regulation of the LEC of 2000, articles of the LCCH modified, modification that, though it does not complete and coherent it has brought as essential change the almost unanimous interpretation of the impossibility of the exercise of the exchange action for another procedural route that is not the exchange judgment, being able to come to the declarative ordinary judgment, only for the exercise of the actions derived from the causal contract.
