Abstract

Within the scope of compensation for damages for tort, arises in this case, the legitimacy of a tenant to bring an action without the intervention of the owner, and against whom he should address the demand, if the tenant against occupies in the time of the incident causing the damage the house in which it occurred, or the owner of the property leased.
