Novedades en materia de juntas en la nueva Ley de Sociedades de Capital

Abstract

Having entered into forcefulness,- the new Companies Act on Capital September 1, 2010-, are included in the present judicial dossier, the most significant developments related to the development of shareholder meetings held in such societies.

Such developments range from the purpose of the annual general meeting and the possibility of approving the accounts of the board that although society is held out of time or at a subsequent Board as constituted or convened general meeting.

Deleting the requirement of the agreement of the members gathered in a universal joint on the agenda, contained in the LSRL.
