Analysis of the assumptions in which responsibility is derived to the public Administration in cases in which a victim of gender violence has filed a complaint for an act of gender violence in police units and referred to a judicial procedure, there has been no carried out an adequate control of the risk assessment, finally causing the perpetrator of the initial attack the death of the victim due to the lack of protection.
