The advantages of the digital transformation of justice process

Abstract

The modifications that are being introduced in the justice system to meet the challenge of the necessary transformation of the way of working in the Administration of justice and that has been caused by the state of necessity created as a result of the coronavirus pandemic are analyzed. Need to make serious progress in the technogolization of justice, taking advantage of the impulse given by the need detected by the closure of the population and the need created to use technologies.
