The end of the legislature, with the national elections on July 23, 2023, has stopped the law-making activity regarding corporate income tax. Conversely, the OECD and the European Union have been very active. This paper reports on the most important corporate income tax incidents that occurred during that year and describes the most relevant aspects of the actions of those international organizations in relation to the taxation of corporations' profit.
