Abstract

The contemporany legislator takes as an essential characteristic a constant production of laws, so often unthinking, unnecessary or with scanty quality. The economic situation that we are now suffering sharpens this idea. In this work, we propose to confirm it by means of the RDL 20/2012, of July 13, and the judicial corrections that it has motivated.
