Abstract

The right to private property is not an absolute right but is constitutionally defined today by the social function is called to fulfill and which is embodied in the recognition of the power of government expropriation for reasons of public interest or interest social as a tool however guarantee that the work or service that encourages expropriation or pay run, the reversionary born, the expropriated property or right, to be completed within a specified period. Reversal which is intended specifically for urban expropriations and will not be effective in any case it will analyze the cases in which there is no place to it.
