Abstract

The change of classification of the facts in phase of definitive conclusions for the accusations that determine the possible sentence for crimes that take ready sorrow that exceed of 9 years of privation of freedom in the frame of the brief procedure, does not determine the retroacción of the procedure for his accommodation to the procedure of the ordinary summary.
