Abstract

In the suppositions of traffic accident, when the driver is condemned in penal judgment for conduction under the influence of alcoholic drinks, the insurance company goes against the same one in action of repetition for the sums paid to the harmed one; since reason of opposition can invoke the existence of an insurance voluntary that quantita- tive or qualitatively it increases the coverage of the obligatory insurance agreeing on the coverage of such a supposition.
