Crecimiento empresarial, estrategia corporativa y recursos

Este trabajo analiza el crecimiento empresarial desde el Enfoque Basado en los Recursos (EBR), incidiendo en los aspectos dinámicos, a partir de una revisión de diferentes trabajos que desde este enfoque analizan distintos aspectos del proceso de crecimiento. Se parte de la idea de que cualquier opción estratégica precisa de recursos y genera recursos, de manera que la estrategia ejerce un impacto sobre los recursos de la empresa, aunque a su vez la estrategia desarrollada se ve afectada por los recursos.
