Amendments to scheme of corporations and limited liability made by the Royal Decree Law 13/2010, of 3 december

Abstract

According to the Royal Decree-Law 13/2010, of December 3 (BOE n.º 293, 3 December), actions in the fiscal, labor and liberalization relating to encourage investment and job creation has introduced a number of changes affecting limited liability companies (Corporations and Limited Liability Companies).
The developments as we will discuss briefly or try to speed up the formation of such societies, or to reduce the cost of their operations,either eliminating the certain tax charges, or eliminating the advertising of certain corporate acts.
