Abstract

There are numerous procedures for implementing the orders of the maximum amount dictated by the trial courts to reach the Courts of First Instance, in them on many occasions set out to quantify the property damage caused at the time the accident occurred, including their value as part of the amount to claim the relevant insurance company, at present the legal proceedings for such enforcement proceedings, and especially the causes of opposition which can be claimed priced, have been unified and regulated in the art. 556.3 of the LEC, and systematically implementing required companies oppose partial invalidity of the title claiming the ground that such damages are not included. The doctrine developed by the provincial courts is far from unanimous, as defined in this judicial proceeding the two solutions being offered by the courts and the arguments contained therein.
