Abstract

This case study addresses various legal issues related to the local administration; the legality of the request for an urgent and extraordinary plenary meeting made by a quarter of the town councilors; the request for personal information on a town councillor made by another town councillor; the procedure for the leasing of a municipal property; questions on the procedure for the award of a works contract; the administrative will to resolve it, once the works are received, and the possibility of enforcing the final guarantee provided by the contractor for breach of contract.
