In this interesting judgment the Constitutional Court further confirms the legal standard governing the remuneration of solicitors, which is based in nature tariff depending on the amount in dispute, without fixation may be altered by other criteria, such as proportionality, suitable for fixing the fees of lawyers. Thus, despite the Supreme Court's attempts to establish a unified face to the costs of fixing the remuneration of both professionals, the Constitutional Court makes clear that we are facing two different legal criteria therefore divergent.
