Abstract

This case study faces various legal and budgetary problems originated in a procedure for awarding grants for promotion and dissemination of Culture organized by the Government of the Comunidad de Madrid. Issues arise on the deadline for submission of applications and deferral of the deadline, documents to be included, proof of compliance with the purpose of the grant, waiver by a beneficiary to the amount received and the budgetary destination of the grant.
