Abstract

The present case raises several controversies or legal problems derived from various actions against the Administration by individuals, such as the requirement of the Administration’s liability, following an accident in the Subway of Madrid or the right of reversion from expropriations for not having started the works in the fixed legal term or an existing surplus property. Finally, the case addresses other legal issues arising from covering job vacancies by civil servants, the fulfillment of an administrative contract for public works and patrimonial issues.
