Procedimientos administrativos. Contratos administrativos y subvenciones

Abstract

The case approaches diverse questions relative to a such administrative contract of supply as the adjustment to right or not of certain clauses of the sheet, the procedure of adjudication used or the imposition of punishment, between others. Immediately afterwards, the case refers, to two procedures of subsidies. In one of them one reminds the refund of the quantity delivered by breach of obligations and, in other one, is analyzed if the request was assembling the demanded requirements, as well as the incidents of an administrative interposed resource.
