La conducta de ciudadanía organizacional: mejorando la eficacia de las empresas del nuevo siglo

El objetivo del presente trabajo es dar a conocer el concepto de «conducta de ciudadanía organizacional», a juicio del autor, un concepto clave para entender la eficacia de las empresas en el entorno altamente competitivo y dinámico en que éstas se mueven hoy en día. En el trabajo se presentan sus principales antecedentes históricos, su conceptualización y distinción de otros términos similares, y los principales marcos teóricos de utilidad para su comprensión, como paso previo a la exposición de los más relevantes antecedentes y consecuencias de la conducta de ciudadanía organizacional. Finalmente se resaltan las implicaciones de este concepto para la gestión de RRHH.
