Abstract

This case deals with the liability of the Administration for the demolition of a building on his property causing damage and injuries of varying degrees. Also addressing the problems on a building declared of Cultural Interest. Finally, various legal issues are resolved to varying degrees raised in a municipality relating to contracts, city officials and compensation for attendance at general meeting of a municipal corporation, as well as whether or not collective bargaining with the legal representatives of workers with respect to the approval of the List of jobs.
