Euthanasia is a subject that raises enormous controversy and fierce debates around its legal, ethical, psychological and social aspects. With the proclamation, by our Constitution, from the right to the life, the right to die is formed of a complex and even contradictory form by the supreme postulates of the most fundamental good, which, undoubtedly, is the life. But the approaches have to go by other legal paths, in order to reach a satisfactory solution on a subject that affects us all. And, for that, we already have a proposition of law of May 21, 2018.
