¿Son los robots recursos humanos? El desafío de la gestión de la fuerza de trabajo ante la transformación digital

Resumen

El principal objetivo de este trabajo se centra en analizar las implicaciones de la transformación digital para la dirección y gestión de una fuerza de trabajo mixta –humanos y máquinas–, e identificar los principales desafíos a los que se enfrenta en la actualidad y en el futuro próximo. Tras una breve contextualización de las organizaciones en el proceso de transformación digital, en primer lugar, se analizan las principales características de los tipos de sistemas autónomos y los sistemas o equipos humanos-inteligencia artificial (IA). En segundo lugar, se identifican los ejes que definen la gestión de una fuerza de trabajo mixta y las adaptaciones e innovaciones que serán necesarias para hacerlo de manera eficaz. En tercer lugar, se analizan las implicaciones del uso de tecnologías en los propios procesos de gestión de recursos humanos, valorando su alcance y las consecuencias tanto técnicas como éticas. Por último, se ofrecen las principales conclusiones y una serie de recomendaciones para afrontar el desafío de la transformación digital para la gestión de la nueva fuerza de trabajo y el uso de las tecnologías en la gestión de personas. A lo largo del análisis llevado a cabo en este trabajo se formularán los principales interrogantes que definen los escenarios que la transformación digital plantea a la gestión de recursos humanos.
