Optimización del entorno laboral: potenciando la utilización de los terceros espacios

El mundo laboral contemporáneo, caracterizado por su ritmo acelerado, requiere esfuerzos continuos para potenciar tanto la productividad como la creatividad del personal laboral. En este contexto, el presente artículo examina el impacto de los denominados «terceros espacios», entornos que se encuentran en un punto intermedio entre el hogar y la oficina, y que fomentan la colaboración y la innovación. A través de un cuestionario y un análisis cualitativo comparativo de conjuntos difusos fsQCA, se investiga cómo estos espacios informales inciden en la comunicación, la creatividad y la eficacia laboral. Los resultados ponen de manifiesto la importancia de la disponibilidad de recursos, el confort del entorno y la promoción de la colaboración para aprovechar al máximo estas áreas. Este estudio proporciona una comprensión detallada de los terceros espacios y su potencial para estimular la innovación y el crecimiento económico en diversos sectores y comunidades.
